Teresa E. Alexander

ALBANY- Teresa E. Alexander, 54, passed away at St. Peter's Hospice Inn, on Friday, June 17, 2016, surrounded by her loving family.

Teresa was born in Honolulu, HI, on September 26, 1961 to Judith Tercey. On April 15, 2000 Teresa met the love of her life, Valerie King. Teresa will be remembered for her love of reading, her wonderful sense of humor, and her cooking. Valerie will cherish her time spent with Teresa in the kitchen.
Even though money was sometime tight, Teresa always managed to put on special holidays for her three daughters with unique traditions that they now pass on to their children. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her loving wife, Valerie, her three daughters; Christina (Eric) Kahn, Jennifer Cary, and Brandy (Matt) Flowers, her mother, Judith Tercey, her grandchildren; Maci, Piper, Aaron, Tabitha, Redd, and Alice, her sister, Kathryn McCann, and many family and friends.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205, on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 from 5:00pm-7:00pm with a service to immediately follow.
