Colonie - Teresa Capella Radler of Beltrone Living Center, Colonie, NY, passed away peacefully Tuesday May 15, 2018 at St. Peter's Community Hospice. Teresa was hospitalized April 10th with pneumonia.
Born May 16, 1928 and raised in Southern New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Edith and Anthony Capella of Camden, NJ. Educated in Camden Schools, she graduated from Camden High School in 1946 and graduated a Lab Technician from West Jersey Hospital, Camden, NJ.
With her family, she moved to Albany, NY in 1964. Terry was a member of the Colonie Elks Ladies Auxiliary and a long-time worker on the Bingo team. She was a volunteer worker for CP, Special Olmypics, Camp Good Days and Special Times and at the Beltrone Living Center.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 65 years, Robert A. Radler, SR.
She is survived by her son, Robert A. Radler, Jr. and his wife Kathleen, her daughter Teresa Segel and her husband Burton and her loving grandsons; Mark (Jodi), Anthony, Robby (Nicole) and Eric McArdle, 5 great-grand children; Cooper, Anna, Eva, Ava, and Nora. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as many loving friends.
A private interment will take place at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to join the family at Shaker Ridge Country Club from 4:00-6:00pm on Sunday May 20, 2018, to honor Terry's life.
