LATHAM – Thakor A. Amin, 74, of Latham, passed away on Tuesday January 6, 2008 at Saratoga Hospital. He was loving son of Ambalal and Chanchalbhen Amin.
He was an analytical chemist with the New York State Department of Health for many years.
He is the beloved husband of Ansuya Amin, devoted father of Nisha Shah (Dr. Keyur Shah, Dr. Hetal Herzog (Dr. John Herzog) and Dr. Ajita Amin; cherished grandfather of Nikunj, Ashrey, Isabel, Ava, Sophia and Grace. He will be dearly missed by his all who know him.
Funeral services will be Saturday from 10am to 12 noon at the Gardner Earl Chapel of Oakwood Cemetery, 186 Oakwood Ave. Troy. Cremation will follow the service. To leave a special message for the family online visit, NewcomerAlbany.com
