Thelma Marie Ciaccia

Thelma "Penny" "Sis" Ciaccia, 87, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at home with her loving family by her side. Thelma was the daughter of the late Willard and Thelma Jones. Thelma was the devoted wife to the late Francis "Frank" Ciaccia for over 48 years.
Thelma enjoyed vacations with her family to Wildwood, she loved to play the Lottery, scratch offs and puzzles. Her greatest job was spending time with her family and friends.
Thelma is survived by her children, Glen (Patricia) Roberts, Melodie (Bob) Rowe, Fred (Wendy) Roberts and Tamara (Patrick) Bernard. Her grand children, Tanya, Michael, Nicole, Glen Jr., April, Steven, Tara, Erica, Christopher and Nicholas, 12 great grandchildren, along with many close family members, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her brothers, Frederick Jones and Willard Jones.
A graveside service will be held at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, NY on Friday July, 8, 2022 at 10:30 am, where she will be laid to rest with her husband.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations can be made in Thelma's name to the Colonie Senior Services Center 6 Winners Circle
Albany, NY 12205 or to the Community Hospice Foundation 310 S. Manning Boulevard, Albany, NY 12208.
