Theresa A. Coleman

Theresa A. Coleman, 75, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at her home with her family by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh to the late Edward and Rosanna Hayes. Theresa enjoyed gardening, crocheting and taking care of her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her brothers, David and Robert Hayes and her sister and brother-in-law, Janice (Uwe) David.

Theresa is survived by her beloved husband, Charles "Chuck" Coleman, her cherished twin daughters, Rosanne (Gregory) Schuh and Lisa-Anne (John) Zocco, her adored grandchildren, Christopher and Evan Zocco and Abigail Schuh. She is the sister of Mary McGee and Joyce Zinzow and several brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

The family would like to thank Terry and Jen with the Community Hospice of Albany County for all of the care and compassion given to Theresa. We would also like to thank the Roemer family for their love and care.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, at 10:00 am at Christ our Light Church, 1 Maria Drive, Loudonville, NY. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4 to 7 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie.
