Theresa Pittman Polak, 61, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Ellis hospital with her loving family by her side. Theresa was the daughter of the late Odell Pittman and Mary Pittman. Theresa was the devoted wife of Thomas Polak.
She enjoyed spending time with her entire family and loved cooking for them.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her siblings, Jimmy, William, Earl, Jane and Debra.
Theresa is survived by her husband Thomas, her siblings, Dee Dee, Odell, Darlene, Roger, Jessie, Cynthia, Jean, Keith, Darryl, her brother-in-law, Joe (Teresa) and many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Funeral service will be private.
