Tom Bleznyk of Ballston Spa passed away on Friday March 12, 2021 after a long illness. He was 68 years old.
He was predeceased by his parents John and Katherine Bleznyk and his brother Edward Kaszahub.
Survivors include his brothers, Michael J. Bleznyk ( Helen) of Saratoga Springs and Peter Bleznyk of Roswell, Georgia, his nephews Stephen and Michael V Bleznyk of Ballston Spa and his niece Jennifer Bellinger (John) of Corinth. Also surviving him are his 5 great nephews, Daniel, Andrew, Jason, Ethan and Tyler Bellinger and a dear friend and cousin Walter Senke.
After high school, Tom worked as a carpenter for a local builder. He then worked at Kraft General Foods for several years. He recently retired from GE in Schenectady as a crane operator. Tom's favorite pastimes and hobbies included fishing, hunting, trapping, photography and gardening. He also had a love for model rocketry and model trains. Tom took great pride in fostering his niece and nephew's unique interests as they were growing up and his enthusiastic love for nature was infectious.

Services for Tom will be held on Monday, March 22, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Holy Trinity Monastery, Jordanville, NY.
