GUILDERLAND- Thomas L. Constable, 84, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 6, 2018 surrounded by the love of his family.
Tom was born in Guilderland, NY, on January 11, 1934 to the late Thomas and Nellie Constable. In 1954 Tom married the love of his life, Elsie Constable. They were married for 62 years before her passing in 2017. Together they had six children. Tom will be remembered for his love of Nascar, bowling, and going boating with his family. His passion in life was his family.
Tom is predeceased by his beloved wife, Elsie, his son, John Thomas, his sister, Eletha Davis, and his daughter-in-law, Deborah Constable.
He is survived by his children; Joanne (Douglas) May, David Constable, Andrew Constable, Eletha (Jim) Ware, and Ken (Laura) Constable, his 12 grandchildren, his 16 great-grandchildren, his beloved dog, Bear, and a host of family, friends, nieces, and nephews.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205, on Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 10:00am-12:00pm with a service to immediately follow. Burial will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Colonie, NY.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Tom's name to the Ronald McDonald House, 139 S Lake Ave, Albany, NY 12208
