COLONIE – Thomas D. DeFrancisco, 80 passed away at his home on Friday, May 27, 2011, after a long battle with cancer. Tom was a veteran of the Korean War and a retiree of the United States Postal Service. He is survived by his wife, Betty Ann DeFrancisco and several nieces and nephews. Tom's family would like to thank the staff of Community Hospice of Albany for all of the care and support given to Tom and his family during his illness.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Albany, 445 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205 in memory of Thomas D. DeFrancisco.
