COLONIE- Thomas F. Quinn, 75, of Colonie, passed away suddenly on January 1, 2009.
He was born in Albany and was the son of the late John P. and Angelina Spadaro Quinn. Tom served in the US army from 1953 through 1955. He was a supervisor with AT& T in Albany for many years. Tom was an active member of the Telephone Pioneers. He enjoyed repairing toys for the PAL program, puttering in the backyard, and cooking for his family on the holidays.
Tom is the beloved husband of 55 years to Corinne Taylor Quinn. He is the devoted father of Kathleen Quinn (Colin), Kim (Jody) Watson and Susan (Dan) Gamache. He is the adored grandfather of Marc, Kyla, Cate and Matthew. Survived by brother John Quinn, and sister Ellen Faulkner and predeceased by sister Joan Kiskis. He is also survived by a nephew and five nieces.
At Tom's request, funeral services will be private. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be in Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
