Thomas M. Szesnat

GUILDERLAND – Thomas S. Szesnat, 28, of Guilderland, passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 3, 2011 at St. Peter's Hospital.
He was born in Albany and is the beloved son of Betty A. Szesnat (Paul Smyth) and the late Lawrence Szesnat. Tom is the brother of Daniel (Katherine) Szesnat and step brother of Robin (Stephen) Smith. He is the maternal grandson of John and Helene Murray. He is the cherished uncle of Kayla, Tristan, John and Alexus. Tom is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Tom was a 2002 graduate of Guilderland High School. He enjoyed spending time on his computer, facebook, listening to the police scanner, dining with his friends and frequenting casinos.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday morning at 9:30 at All Saints Catholic Church (formerly St. Margaret Mary). Calling hours will be Friday from 4 to 7 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie. Interment will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery.
