SCHENECTADY- Thomas V. McLasky Sr., age 86, passed away on July 4, 2021 surrounded by his children.
He was born in Brooklyn, the son of the late William and Alice McLasky.
Thomas proudly served in the US Army.
He was a hard worker and was devoted to his family.
He is survived by his children: Peggy Hall (Jim), Debbie Ridgeway, Thomas V. McLasky Jr., Charlene Olsen (Kurt), Cindy McLasky (Jamie) and Michael McLasky (Amanda). Also survived by step children, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. "Poppy" loved his grandchildren dearly.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his calling hours on Monday, July 12, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 12 Noon at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. A service will follow at 12 Noon. Entombment will be in Sts. Cyril & Method Cemetery, Rotterdam.
