NORTH GREENBUSH – Thomas Scott Cooper of North Greenbush passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at Albany Medical Center.
He received his undergraduate and Masters Degrees from Siena College in Loudonville. He was employed by the New York State Real Property Services in Albany.
Thomas was a devoted son to his mother, Jean Cooper of Albany, who survives him and the late Franklin I. Cooper, Jr. Also surviving are his two loving sisters, Jane Freihofer of Malta and Chris (Gene) Lischynsky of Niskayuna; his nieces, Sara Lischynsky of Boston, Katie (Freihofer) Lewis and her husband Aaron of Brooklyn and Kelly Lischynsky of London, England; and his nephew, Nicholas Lischynsky of Niskayuna. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.) then to St. Clare's Church where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Memory's Garden in Colonie. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
