Thomas William Judge

Thomas Judge, 60, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at home surrounded by his loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. Tom touched the hearts of many people. He was such a kind, gentle, devoted and faithful man.

Born in Albany, he was the cherished son and caregiver to Margaret (Sullivan) Judge and the late Emerson Judge.

Tom was also predeceased by his infant brother, Edward.

Tom is survived by his loving mother, Margaret, brothers, Daniel Judge (Jackie), Richard Judge and sister Nancy Hourigan. He was an inspiration and devoted uncle to Joseph Hourigan (Mayra), Kelly Hession (Jesse), Rick Judge, Kevin Judge, Dana Judge and Katie Siska (Jason). Tom is also survived by his cherished Goddaughters and great nieces, Emily and Madelyn Hession, countless friends and family, especially his dear childhood friend Michael Michela.

The family would like to thank St. Peter's Hospital and the Hospice, Equinox, dedicated family and friends who visited and supported Tom and his family. To Fr. John Bradley and Fr. Brian Slezak who visited, prayed, comforted and blessed Tom and his family with God's guidance and love.

Funeral services will be Friday, August 21 2015 at 9:00 am at New Comer Funeral and then to Blessed Sacrament Church, Albany, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am. Calling hours will be on Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Interment will follow the Mass in the St. Agnes Cemetery (Menands).
