Albany- Tiana Tazette Beatty-Logan
Passed away on June 19, 2021. She was born January 16, 1984 to Patricia Beatty and the Late Gilmore Beatty.

Tiana was educated in the Albany City School district until high school. She graduated from Latham Christian Academy. After graduating from Latham Christian Academy, she attended Capital District Educational Opportunity Center EOC. Where she received her Cosmetology License.
Tiana was an excellent cosmetologist, with a specialty in short hair cuts. From the time she was a little girl, she spent much of her time in hair salons or experimenting on anyone that would let her. She studied under her mentor Mrs. Mayomer Bains for many years, where she then opened up her own Hair Salon. She was the owner of Touched By A Diva in Albany and was known to go above and beyond for her clients.

Tiana was born and raised in the Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, where she served in the youth choir and as the youth praise and worship leader.
She also served as the praise and worship leader Restoration House . Like her father Gilmore Beatty, Tiana was an avid singer, and loved worship, she loved to lead people into the presence of God. In addition to serving local churches, Tiana was a member of the Capital District Youth Mass Ministry Choir under the Leadership of Dr Rhonda Ferguson, Empire Christian Center, and many other local praise and worship teams.

In 2009 she married her husband David Logan and had 4 children. Her family meant the world to her. She was known to be the loudest one in the room making everyone laugh with her theatrics. She loved deeply and fiercely and would go to the ends of the world for the people she loved. Her laugh, her light and her presence will be missed beyond words.

Tiana is predeceased by her Father Gilmore Beatty. Paternal Grandmother Daisy Bowman, Maternal Grandmother Lillie Harrington.
She Leaves to cherish her memory, Husband David Logan, Daughters Amari, Kaydin, Alaya, and Kavia. Step-children Ondia, Nadia, Deon and Imeen.
Mother Patricia Beatty. Sisters Lisa (Michael) Good, Shatiki Beatty, Tiffany Beatty, Tia Beatty and Brother Vashon Beatty. Aunts, Deloris Bowman, Barbara Bowman, Jacqueline (Richard) Thomas, BettyJean Petty, Helen Lee. Uncles Frederick Bowman, Michael Bowman. Godson JarQuese Mitchell and a Host of Nieces, Nephew, Cousins, Friends, Mount Pleasant Baptist Church family, Empire Christian Center Church family, and all of her loyal clients.
