Tindaro Morigerato

Tindaro "Danny" Morigerato, 87, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at his home, after a long illness with his loving family by his side. Danny was the son of the late Gesualdo Morigerato and Maria (Morrello) Morigerato.

He was the devoted husband of 50 years to Sandy M. Morigerato. Danny and his brother immigrated to the Untied States in 1953 and made his home in Albany for over 60 years.

Danny was a member and a communicant of St. Pius the X Church. He worked for over 45 years with Bella Napoli Bakery. Danny enjoyed spending time with his family, gardening, watching Tv and his fish tanks. He was an avid Yankee fan, and loved watching them play, especially when they won.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his daughter, Rocann Dickinson.

Danny is survived by his wife Sandy, he is the proud father of Gerry (Kathy) Morigerato, Angela (Tom) Crell, Danny (Audrey) Morigerato and Anthony (Lorri) Morigerato. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Gerry (Valarie) and Christopher (Kim) Morigerato, Tina (Phil) Cullum, Alli (James) Finlay and Ian Crell, 4 great grandchildren, his brother Anthony Morigerato and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, New York on Monday October 26, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 am at St. Pius the X Church 23 Crumitie Road, Loudonville, NY. Burial will follow the service at Calvary Cemetery in Glenmont.

Gathering size, within our chapels will be based on the most current NYS occupancy requirements.
Masks are required, and social distancing is to be observed inside and outside of our chapels.
