Tracy A. Merckx

East Greenbush- Tracy A. Merckx, 52, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 28, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Francis and Shereta Gardner. Tracy was the devoted wife to Daniel J. Merckx. They were married 21 years.  

Tracy enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and her dogs and other animals and attending local fairs. 

In addition to her husband, Tracy is survived by her sisters, Pearl E. (Joseph) Liuzzi and Barbara L. (Peter) Isachsen; brothers, Francis V. Gardner, Jr., Curtis A. Gardner, and Daniel W. (Karen) Gardner.

For those wishing to pay their respects, calling hours will be held at Christian Missionary Alliance Church, 275 Schodack Drive, Castleton, New York on Friday, September 13, 2024 from 4:30pm to 7:00pm.

The family will be holding a private burial on Monday.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Tracy's name to Out of The Pits, PO Box 2311, Albany, New York 12220.
