Tricia A. Morrissey

Guilderland- Tricia A. Schremmer Morrissey passed away Friday, September 26, 2014 suddenly at St. Peter's Hospital.

Tricia was the wife of Daniel Morrissey and the daughter of Rene (Ann) and Nick (Ambrose) Schremmer. Tricia was also the loving mother to two children; Aidan and Tyler Morrissey and also the beloved sister to Kristen Schremmer.

Tricia is survived by her grandmother Cherry McCurn and many aunts, uncles and cousins who will miss her dearly. Tricia also leaves behind her mother in law Frances Morrissey & her father in law Daniel Morrissey.

Tricia was a graduate of Guilderland High School where she competed on the Gymnastics team. Tricia loved spending time with her children; going to the park, camping, fishing and hiking. She also loved going for long car rides on Sundays with her family. Tricia loved visiting her favorite spot, the witches' grave in Berne. Tricia loved entertaining her cousins with her marvelous story telling. She had a vivid imagination and a fantastic sense of humor. Tricia had a contagious laugh that will always live on with her family and friends.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home Friday, October 3, 2014 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. A service will follow the calling hours at the funeral home at 6:00pm.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to a trust fund for her children's education, check's payable to The Morrissey Children's Education Fund, c/o Ann Schremmer, 90 Ellsworth Road, Lake George, NY 12845.
