Colonie- Vance "Marlowe" Franklin passed away on Saturday July 14, 2018.
Marlowe was born in Albany, NY to Ms. Clearice Harris and Edward "Pee Wee" Harris. Marlow attended Philip Schuyler High School in Albany and the State University of New York at Cobleskill. He graduated from Oneonta State University. State Court System and the Schenectady Police Department as a court officer. Marlowe is survived by his mother Clearice Harris, of Colonie, New York, Randy Harris of Queens, New York, and Anthony Harris of Albany, New York.
A memorial service will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd, Albany, NY 12205 on Monday, July 23, 2018 at 11:00am.
