Velma A. McCargo passed away unexpectedly on December 23, 2020. She was born in Albany, New York on December 12, 1950 to the late James and Emma McCargo.
She is survived by her daughter, Kyla McCargo (Malik Miller) and her beloved grandchildren: Kal-el and Kamaya (Emma) Miller. She is also survived by her brother, Daniel McCargo of Albany, New York, along with nieces and nephews and friends.
Velma will be remembered for her love of her family especially her grandchildren and her love for plants and animals.
