Veronica Cush

Veronica "Ronnie" Cush, 78, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 7, 2024 at Samaritan Hospital with her loving family by her side. 

Ronnie was the daughter of the late John and Anna (Duffy) Donahue. 

She was the wife to the late Lawrence Cush. 

Ronnie enjoyed playing Bingo, spending time with her family and friends. She will always be remembered for cooking wonderful Sunday dinners. 

She was predeceased by her siblings, Jack (Fran), Eugene, Barbara (Joe), Mary, Lorraine (Charlie) and Richie (Tony).

Ronnie is survived by her children, Anthony (Michele) Cush and Janice Cush. She was the cherished grandmother of John, Lawrence, Alyssa, Madison, Joseph, David and Zoe. She was also survived by her great grand daughter Naomi, her brother Lenny (Helen) Terris, Her brother-in-law Marty Leather as well as many nieces, nephews and close friends. 

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road Watervliet, NY 12189 on Friday October 18, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.  A funeral service will follow at 4:00 pm at the funeral home.
