Victoria L. Claus

December 7, 1973 — October 3, 2024

Knox

Victoria L. Claus, 50, passed away at her home in Berne on 3, 2024, after long illness. Born on December 7, 1973, in Amsterdam NY,

Victoria grew up in Schenectady,  dedicating many years to her career as a Vet Technician.  Victoria was also known for her diehard loyalty to the New York Yankees and her love for coffee.

Family was everything to Victoria. She shared 35 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, Robert Claus Sr.. She was a devoted mother to her children, Robert (Renee) Claus and Rachel Claus, and a proud grandmother to her grandson, Christopher Labombard and sister to John Bink. Victoria's love extended beyond her immediate family and she treated her friends like family. Among those dear to her was Brennan Greene, whom she embraced as a second son. Victoria also had a close-knit relationship with her extended family, visiting them regularly, regardless of the distances involved. She had a  fondness for trips to Texas and journeys up north.

Victoria's memory will be lovingly upheld by her surviving family. She is predeceased by her parents, Linda Spooner and David Bink, and her sister, Michelle Bink. With them now in Heaven, she joins their beloved lab, Dolly.

A visitation will be held in her honor on Thursday, October 10th, from 4 to 7 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals located at 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, NY.
