Albany – Vincent R. Suppa (Adams), 59, died Saturday May 17, 2008 at his home in Albany.
Vince was born in Troy, NY the son of the late Vincent Suppa and Rita Adams. He was a veteran of the US Navy having served from 1969 to 1971. Vince also served the federal government as a pharmacist at the Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany for over 25 years, retiring a few years ago. More recently, he worked as a security guard at NCLN 20. Vince liked to bowl and was a longtime Yankee and Giant fan. Vince loved his pets and had many throughout his life.
Vince is survived by his step-father Thomas V. Adams, his brothers; Thomas P. Adams and David Michael Adams, his sisters; Karen Faraci and Janice Branam and his nephew and godson David Thomas Francis Adams. He is also survived by several nieces and a great many friends.
Funeral service will be held Friday 9:00am from New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155 south of Central Ave.) then to St. Patrick's Church in Watervliet, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am.
