Violet Braddock

ALBANY – Violet M. Braddock, 87, of Albany passed away peacefully on Friday February 22, 2013 at her residence. She was born in Clarksdale, MS and was the daughter of the late Houston and Clarissa Arrington.
Violet was predeceased by her husband, Vorna Braddock and her daughter, Clarissa Brown. She is survived by her children, Mary, Charles and Vorna Braddock Jr. Violet is the sister of John Arrington and the late Houston and Nelson Arrington and Bessie Harrison. She is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 12 noon at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 am to 12 noon prior to the service. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery.
