Virginia C. Thomas, 85, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.
Virginia was the daughter of the late Marie (Marhoffer) Tellet and her husband Robert.
Virginia was a member and past President of the Local CSEA 659, where she took pride in helping countless members with various needs. She worked for over 29 years with New York State as a Senior Statistical Clerk.
She enjoyed reading, playing BINGO, watching TV and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her brother and sister-in-law, Jon and Jennifer Paulsen.
Virginia is survived by her sons, Craig, Andrew (Jennifer Chung) and Michael (Carol) Thomas; her loving sister Jane Martin; her nephews and nieces Brian and Victoria Paulsen and Sharon, James and Laura Wickham. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren; Joshua, Jeremy, Jon, Timothy (Amy), Rebecca and Samantha and one great grandchild, Brennan.
A celebration of her life will be held on September 24, 2022 for her family and friends, contact the family for details. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Northeastern New York 4 Pine West Plaza Ste 405, Albany, NY 12205 in Virginias mothers memory, Marie Tellet.
