Vivian Cook

WATERVLIET – Vivian M. Cook, 58, of Watervliet, passed away on Monday, January 10, 2005 at her home, surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born in Troy and was the daughter of the late Nathaniel and Estell Sehn. Vivian was a resident of Poestenkill and Watervliet for most of her life. She loved going to the ocean and flower gardening. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Vivian is the beloved wife of Richard D. Cook, Jr. She is the devoted mother of Lisa Teal and her husband, Terry of Poestenkill, Larry Farrell of Pepperell, MA, Lori Farrell of Watervliet and Lance Farrell and his wife, Bridget of Poestenkill. She is the sister of David Sehn and his wife, Pat of Cohoes. She is the cherished grandmother of Kayleigh and Kayla Teal, Joshua Farrell, Ashley Farrell and Justin and Hunter Farrell.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). A Memorial Service will follow at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 260 Osborne Rd., Loudonville, NY 12211 or Community Hospice of Rensselaer, 295 Valley View Boulevard, Rensselaer, NY 12144 in memory of Vivian M. Cook.
