Albany- Vivian Ofiesh, 98, passed away peacefully of natural causes on Sunday, April 25, 2021. Born in Albany she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Lucille Giagni. Vivian is predeceased by her husband, Michael Ofiesh.
Vivian was a graduate of Albany High School. She was a homemaker and a dedicated mother. She loved flowers, birds, music, bowling, dancing, and weather watching. She also enjoyed playing the accordion and the piano.
Vivian is survived by her three sons, Michael, Thomas and Timothy. She is also survived by her two grandsons Kyle and Eric (Melissa) and one great grandson Cameron.
She is predeceased by her brother Vince and her great grandson Anthony Ofiesh.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 9am, at All Saints Catholic Church, 16 Homestead St, Albany, NY 12203. Entombment will follow at St. Agnes Cemetery. Masks are required and social distancing is to be observed inside and outside of our chapels.
