Walter Scott Davendonis

COLONIE Walter "Scott" Davendonis, 61, of Colonie, passed away suddenly at his residence on Wednesday, July 22, 2009. He was born in Troy and is the son of Walter J. Davendonis and the late Margaret "Peg" Davendonis. Scott is the husband of Nancy Gardner Davendonis whom he married on October 11, 1980. He retired from New York State Office of General Services. He is the brother of Thomas (Kim) Davendonis of Hoosick Falls, Paul (Edith) Davendonis of Wappingers Falls, Christina (Walter) Passineau of Troy, Margaret (Wayne) Dukette of Andover, N.H., Betsy (Leo) LaRoche and Janet Deluca of Hoosick Falls. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Sunday afternoon at 1:00 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service on Sunday from 12 noon to 1:00. Memorial contributions may be made to the Center for the Disabled, 314 S.
