Ward John Humphrey of Delanson, N.Y., entered the Church triumphant on Friday, April 1, 2022, at the age of 60.
Ward was born on December 24, 1961, son of the late Calvin and Dora (Fidler) Humphrey.
He attended Covenant Christian School and Covenant College. He was a dedicated member and elder of the Duanesburg Reformed Presbyterian Church. He was employed by General Electric Renewable Energy.
He enjoyed boating, hiking, and photography.
Ward is survived by his wife of 33 years Diane (Koontz) Humphrey; his son Timothy Humphrey of Corpus Christi, TX, daughter Audrey Humphrey of Delanson. He is also survived by his brother Kirk (Kathy) Humphrey, and sisters Lynn St. Pierre and Sara (Rich) Forbes, nieces, nephews and extended family.
He is predeceased by his son Brian Humphrey.
A memorial service to celebrate Ward's life will be held on Saturday, May 7th, 2022. Friends may call at 10am and his service will begin at 11am at the Duanesburg Reformed Presbyterian Church, 6512 Western Turnpike, Duanesburg, N.Y.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Duanesburg Reformed Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 218, Duanesburg, N.Y. 12056.
