Wesley R. Benway Sr., 64, passed away June 22nd at Saratoga Hospital. Born in Schenectady, he was the son of the late Edward Benway and Mildred Munn.
Wesley was an avid guitar player, he loved riding motorcycles and had a passion for working on cars. He was a devoted grandfather to his beloved grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife Susan Benway and sister Christal Loika.
Wesley is survived by his children Bill Ryle, Beverly Nash and Wesley Benway Jr., grandchildren Billie Jo, Faleysha, Zachary, Chase, Brittany, Michael, Jennica, Craig (Christine), Emilia (Kaylie) as well as several brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews and friends.
A service will be held at 10am on Tuesday June 28th at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 2001 US-9, Round Lake, NY 12151 followed by a Celebration of Life at 7118 Clark Road, Middlegrove NY 12850.
