Wilhelmina Deitz

VOORHEESVILLE- Wilhelmina C. Seavy Deitz, 90, of Voorheesville passed away on Thursday January 12, 2006 after a brief illness. She was born in Rotterdam Junction and is the last of seven children to the late Edmond and Anna Seamon Seavy. Wilhelmina was employed with the New York State Health Department for over several years. She enjoyed music and dancing.
She is the beloved mother of John L. (Deborah) Deitz, Carolann (Mike) Batchelder, Janice (Larry) Dedrick and Cathy (Steve) Hawley. She is the cherished grandmother of Lori Cline, Kelly Edmonds, Michael Batchelder, Michele Shahen, Scott Batchelder, Cathy Jo Dedrick, Summer Deitz and John D. Deitz. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call on Sunday evening from 6:00 to 7:30 at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Funeral services will be celebrated at 7:30 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memorys Garden at the convenience of the family.
