Pattersonville-William H. Becker, 67, passed away on Saturday October 7, 2006 at his son's residence after a brief illness. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and was the son of the late Morris and Gladys Becker.
Bill was a truck driver for Price Chopper Markets for over 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, riding his Harley, stock car racing and his dogs.
He is the father of James (Kelly) Becker of Stephentown, NY, Kelly (Russell) Brush of Middle Grove, NY and the late William H. Becker Jr. He is the brother of Alfred (Gigi) Becker of Massachusetts and the late Phillip Becker. Brother in law of Beverly Becker. Grandfather of Carrie, Cathy, Tara, Samantha and Autumn. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday evening at 7:00 at NewComer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will be Thursday from 5 to 7 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Rensselaer County, 295 Valley View Blvd. Rensselaer, NY 12144 in memory of William H. Becker.
