William D. Donovan

COLONIE- William "Billy" D. Donovan, 49, of Colonie, passed away on Sunday May 18, 2008 at St. Peters Hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Albany and was the son of the late David and Barbara Donovan.
Bill had worked for the New York State Thruway Authority for 21 years and with Advantage Transit for the past 12 years. He was an avid Nascar and Dallas Cowboy fan. Billy enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and gardening.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Connie Unser, his son Patrick Donovan and his grandson Andrew.
The family would like to thank St. Peters Hospital Intensive Care unit for their wonderful care they gave to Bill and their kindness extended to the family.
