William J. "Bill" Ferguson Sr.

William J. “Bill,” aka “3”, Ferguson Sr., 71, husband to Robin R. Boniecki-Ferguson of Schenectady NY, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Wednesday July 31, 2024.
Born February 20, 1953, he was the son of Mary Bender and the late Charles Bender.
Bill was an Over-The-Road Truck Driver, and he and his cat Krackers toured America. Having the opportunity to see a variety of America’s landscapes, Bill would often use a Drone to gain a better view of the sights. He enjoyed camping, and riding motorcycles.
In addition to his wife Robin and mother Mary, he is survived by his children, Carolyn Ferguson, William J. (Crystal) Ferguson Jr., Victoria (Ibrahim) Duman of Turkey, and Brian Ferguson; brother Wally Ferguson, Cookie Salisbury; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Bill was predeceased by his brother Joseph Ferguson, sisters Liz Shutter, and Jessica Bender.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Visitation on Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm with a Memorial Service to begin at 2:00pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie NY 12205.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bill’s honor to Community Hospice.
