EAST GREENBUSH- William E. Hickey, 49 of East Greenbush passed away on Sunday August 14, 2005 at the Inn of Community Hospice after long illness.
He was born in Yonkers and was the son of the late Arthur J. and Elizabeth Broderick Hickey. William is the beloved brother of Frank Hickey of Delmar, Kathleen M. Hickey of Oregon, Joseph M. Hickey of California, John P. (Marguerite) Hickey of Stillwater, Mary Hickey of Castleton, Michael (Laura) Hickey of East Greenbush and the late Jerome (Mareah) Hickey. He is the cherished uncle of Alexandra, Anthony, Jeffrey, John Jr., Monica, Ronald, Ryan, Samantha, Tara, Vincent, Jacob, Elyse, Leann and Jamie.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call Tuesday evening from 5 to 7 pm at NewComer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Granville. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Albany, 445 New Karner Rd. Albany NY 12205.
