William K. Heritage

William K. Heritage, 64, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2015 in the home he grew up in. He was born in Albany to the late Charles and Mary Heritage.

He worked for New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services in Albany for 36 years. He loved his family. His daughters and granddaughter were his life.

He is survived by his adored daughters: Alaine Heritage (Jeremy Tynan) and Dyan Heritage. He is the cherished grandfather of Aria Tynan. He is also survived by his sister, Deborah Heritage and his brother Charles (Sally) Heritage and many dear friends and close family members as well as his former wife and best friend, Brenda Heritage.

Family and friends are invited and may call on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 4 to 7 pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 23 at 11 am at Bloomingrove Cemetery, Defreetsville.
