ROTTERDAM-William E. "Willie" Rossetti, 71, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 17, 2017.
William was born on May 20, 1946 to the late Frank A. and Dora (Osta) Rossetti. He loved time spent outdoors hunting and fishing with family and friends. He was the proud proprietor of American Paving, which served the area for over 35 years.
He is survived by his two daughters, Maria R. (Dan) Kelly of Scotia, and Karen E. (Joseph) Rutkowski of Kingston, grandchildren Janna, David, Christina, Damien, Timothy, and Joseph Rutkowski, and his brother, F. James (Teresa) Rossetti. William is predeceased by his beloved son, Steven J. Rossetti.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Kateri Tekakwitha, 1803 Union St, Schenectady, NY 12309 on Tuesday, December 26, 2017, at 9:00am. Burial at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, beside his son, will take place privately.
The family would like to thank all the treasured family and friends who accompanied and comforted William during his last months.
