Winston Chesterfield

Winston C. Chesterfield, 88, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Saratoga Hospital. He was the son of the late Winston and Marie (Burkhart) Chesterfield and devoted husband to the late Helena Chesterfield.

Winston was a 1952 graduate of the Christian Brothers Academy. He proudly served with the United States Air Force from 1955 to 1959, worked as supervisor for several trucking companies before retiring and working at the VanPatten Country Club Golf Course. Winston enjoyed playing basketball and golf.

Winston is survived by his children, Mary (James) Buckley, Anne (Matthew) Bayly and Neil (Oksana) Chesterfield. He was the proud grandfather of Ryan, Brendan, Caitlin, Bri, Moira, Jack, Adriana, Katarina and Andrew. His first wife, Joan Chesterfield.

A Memorial service will be held on Friday April 22, 2022 at 5:00 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, NY 12189, calling hours will follow the service from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Burial will be at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery at a later date.
