Zachary S. Culnan

WEST SAND LAKE-Zachary S. Culnan, 21, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2015. He was born in Albany, NY the son of Sean J. and Kimberly (Caiazza) Culnan. Zach graduated from Averill Park High School in 2012. He was an amazing musician and song writer, whose musical interests and talents were limitless. Zach gave the gift of music to others through his teachings and creativity. Zach provided his family with constant lessons of love and acceptance of others that will always be remembered and cherished. Explore your love and interests. In addition to his parents, Zach is survived by his sister Mikayla Culnan; paternal grandparents Joseph and Christine Culnan and maternal grandparents Rudy and Carol Caiazza. He also leaves behind his uncles Lance Culnan (Liz), Rudy Caiazza (Kelley), Jerry Caiazza (Dawn), Nicky Caiazza (Sarene) and cousins Niko and Adriana Culnan, Rudy and Christopher Caiazza, Ethan and Riley Caiazza, Elsa, Enzo and Nolan Caiazza. Zach is also survived by his best friends Jess Blessing and Ryan Cody.
Calling hours will be held from 3 to 7 PM on Thursday, February 5, 2015 with a celebration of Zach's life to follow at 7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie.
