Zerina Bojka Cekani

Zerina Bojka Cekani, 27, passed away unexpectedly on March 11, 2014. Zerina was born August 8, 1986, in Albania; she is the daughter of Gaqo and Marjana Bojka. She was united in marriage in 2011 to Mikel Cekani, and had their cherished daughter, Nensiela in 2012. Zerina graduated from cosmetology school and she loved being with her family and friends and helping others.

In addition to her parents Zerina is survived by her beloved husband, Mikel Cekani; her adored daughter, Nensiela Cekani, her sister, Ansela and her husband Brian, her father in-law, Anesti Cekani and her mother-in-law, Elvira Cekani, her brother-in-law Johan Cekani she is also survived by many close family members.

Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 11:00 am at the St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church 440 Whitehall Rd, Albany, NY 12208. Calling hours will be Monday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. Interment will be in the Graceland Cemetery in Albany.
